How the process works:

• Upon purchase you will automatically be sent an email with a link to a contract for signature. The contract must be signed before your questions can be answered.

• After signing the contract you will automatically be sent an email confirming your enrollment into Ask a Chemist and information on next steps.

• After these two steps, you can start asking your questions. Please allow 48-72 hours to receive a response back depending on the complexity of your question.

If you do not receive the email from us please check your "other" "promotion" and "spam" folders before reaching out for support. If you do not see it in any of your inboxes, please email us at [email protected] so we can manually send it to you.

Before purchasing please read this important information below:

• Question packs do not expire and can be redeemed at any time.

• You don't have to ask all the questions at once. If you ask one question immediately and then the next two months from now that is fine.

• Questions must be submitted through our submission form.

• The question packs are designed to offer email-based support for when you don't know where to turn. You can ask questions around which testing to conduct, clarity on the FDA regulation, guidance on ingredients, or any general questions related to the product development process.

• Our question packs are not intended for use when project deliverables are required. This includes, but not limited too, artwork review, claim substantiation, product brief review, and testing report reviews. If you need specific project work completed, please enroll in our product development management service here. We can provide hourly support at $100/hr. with no monthly minimums.
